No, there are no hidden costs. Our pricing plans are straight forward so you have certainty around your costs. We do NOT charge per hour of care provided.

The only additional charge is a usuage charge for SMS messages sent from Care Roster to your carer's. Care Roster allows you to send SMS messages to your Carer's as part of the client and cover provisioning tools. Care Roster also allows you to send an automated Cover reminder text. The use of SMS messages in Care Roster is optional and if fully controlled by you.

Yes, Care Roster produces Timesheets for all of your carers. You have full control over how various events such as holiday leave, sick leave, client declined care etc. are shown on the Carers Timesheet.

The reporting suite is a collection of Reports available at a click of a button. Reports such as Timesheets, mileage reports, HSE Invoicing reports, HSE Monthly reports and more are all available. The report suite saves you hours each month making fulfilling your reporting requirements easy.

The Analytics Suite is a collection of dashboards that provide realtime insights into your home care service allowing you to provision and grow your service with confidence. Capacity planning by Service Area, Banded Hour compliance and Holiday Leave analysis are all included in the Analytics Suite.
